1. Who we are

Econosysmographe™ and the Universal Risk Framework (URF)™ are proprietary technologies operated by SmartGreenInvest Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14636473), powered by Trident-AI. These terms govern access to this website, the Econosysmographe platform, and the written analyses we publish or deliver (“the Services”).

2. Nature of the Services — not investment advice

All outputs of the Services — including structural stress scores, regime labels, dispersion readings, geodesic anchors, contagion maps, forensic replays and written analyses — are measurement and research information. They do not constitute investment, financial, trading or legal advice, and they do not contain recommendations to buy, sell or hold any instrument. SmartGreenInvest Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You retain sole responsibility for any decision made on the basis of the Services, and you should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

3. Access and accounts

Platform access is granted under a subscription agreement to named users within the subscribing organisation. Credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend access to protect the integrity of the Services.

4. Permitted use

The Services are licensed for your organisation’s internal use. You may quote readings internally (risk committees, investment memos) with attribution. You may not redistribute, resell or publish platform outputs or subscriber analyses outside your organisation; scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the platform; reverse-engineer the computation; or use the Services to build a competing product. Public content on this website may be shared with attribution and a link.

5. Intellectual property

Econosysmographe™, the Universal Risk Framework (URF)™, the platform, its outputs and all associated content are and remain the property of SmartGreenInvest Ltd and its licensors. The underlying research papers are available on SSRN under their own terms. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these terms or a subscription agreement.

6. Subscriptions, fees and term

Subscriptions run for an annual term, invoiced in advance, exclusive of applicable taxes. Where a scoped audit has been performed, the audit fee is credited against the first annual subscription as set out in the audit agreement. Either party may decline renewal with written notice before the end of the current term. Specific commercial terms — scope of universes, number of users, service levels — are set out in the subscription agreement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

7. Data

The Services are computed on public market data. We do not request, receive or store portfolio holdings. Personal data (such as contact details provided when booking a session) is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Warranties and liability

We take care that readings are computed correctly and reproducibly, and the methodology is published. The Services are nonetheless provided “as is”: we do not warrant that any reading anticipates any market event, that the Services are uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party data sources are accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartGreenInvest Ltd’s aggregate liability arising out of the Services is limited to the fees paid by your organisation in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we accept no liability for trading or investment losses, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. General

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
